This page lists out the checklists that Field Coordinators can use at various stages of a survey to make sure that they have not forgotten anything.

Preparing for the survey checklist - A checklist to be used while preparing for various stages of a survey pilot.
Refining the Questionnaire Checklist (Content-Focus) - A checklist that can be used by field coordinators when piloting the content of the questionnaire, such as the timing and flow of question, and etc.
Refining the Questionnaire Checklist (Data-Focus) - A checklist that can be used by field coordinators when piloting the programming of the questionnaire, such as the programming in SurveyCTO, successful data download check, and etc.
