Pen-and-Paper Personal Interviews (PAPI)

Pen-and-Paper Personal Interview(PAPI) method is the survey method where the respondents answers are recorded on paper by the interviewer.

Read First

While this method has been replaced by CAPI method of surveying for most surveys, PAPI method is still used during survey pilots and qualitative surveys, and for primary data collection in certain limited contexts.
